Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client needs and opportunities, identify solutions, and develop case strategies.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into the facts of a case, including document, records, and evidence review.
  • Engage in all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Draft and argue motions. Manage discovery, including document production, depositions, and interrogatories.
  • Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements for clients.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience representing plaintiffs in construction defect claims, general real estate litigation, breach of contract, member enforcement actions, or other related matters in California state and federal court.
  • Strong oral and written advocacy skills and a demonstrated history of success in depositions and law and motion practice.
