Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team at our Sparta, Wisconsin location. As a Production Associate, you will play an integral part in producing a safe, quality product and troubleshooting production issues.

Responsibilities

  • Produce a safe, quality product
  • Troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members
  • Be trained on HACCP, GMPs, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform work duties
  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of team members

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be able to read and comprehend the English language
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Enjoy being part of a team
  • Have an interest in equipment and how it works
  • Be inquisitive and enjoy learning new skills
  • Be night own and available to work 2nd or 3rd shift
  • Be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule
