Qualifications

  • Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with innovative thinking.
  • Passionate about building lasting customer relationships and promoting company offerings.
  • Skilled in asking the right questions to understand customer preferences and needs.
  • Capable of working effectively in a team while also managing individual responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Experience operating a POS system.
  • Ability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., using appropriate safety techniques.
  • Full-time associates should have flexible availability to meet business needs.
  • Part-time associates must be available for a minimum of two shifts on weekends and two during the week, with greater availability preferred for those scheduled for 20 hours or more weekly.

Physical Requirements

  • Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate a POS system.
  • Capacity to lift and mobilize items weighing up to 75 pounds safely.
