This role will provide project support for weekly certified payroll reports for projects that fall under federal or state wage determinations, review apprentice documents, pay rates, classifications on multiple projects, research and provide support documentation for notices, assist with union and labor compliance audits, audit and maintain craft class codes, subcontractor compliance and certified payroll tracking, and support union reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide project support for weekly certified payroll reports for projects that fall under federal or state wage determinations.
  • Review apprentice documents, pay rates, classifications on multiple projects.
  • Research and provide support documentation for notices.
  • Assist with union and labor compliance audits.
  • Audit and maintain craft class codes.
  • Subcontractor compliance and certified payroll tracking.
  • Support union reporting.

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years previous compliance experience.
  • Proficient in certified payroll, union fringes, prevailing wage, and Davis Bacon and Related Acts.
  • Good understanding of federal labor laws.
  • Experienced with union fringe benefit reporting.
  • Must possess analytical and troubleshooting skills to perform job.
  • Experienced with LCP Tracker.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Must be a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Vista ViewPoint software a plus.

Pay Range: $30-$35 per hour
