Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and case management to members served, assisting them to live as independently as possible in their chosen community.
  • Work under the direct supervision of the Team Leader to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans that promote member growth and development.

What You'll Bring:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in human services or a related field.
  • At least six months of experience providing direct care and special services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • A commitment to obtaining the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within six months of initial employment and maintaining it throughout your tenure.
