Telecare Corporation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing support and case management for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and special services to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, meal planning, and participating in community activities
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • High School Graduation or G.E.D.
  • Six months of prior experience providing direct care and special services to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Complete the required training for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 6 months of initial employment
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
