Key Responsibilities:
  • Commission, calibrate, and maintain new or modified equipment at client facilities to ensure optimal performance in accordance with specifications.
  • Assemble, troubleshoot, and fine-tune the electronic and electro-mechanical components of machinery during the assembly phase at both client and company locations.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with control hardware and software.
  • Conduct training sessions on company products for client representatives.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an automotive or machine tool manufacturing setting, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Allen Bradley PLC programming.
  • Ability to interpret and understand technical schematics.
  • Experience in control panel assembly is required.
  • Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems is advantageous, with SAP being preferred.
  • Strong communication, mathematical, and computer skills are essential.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time, including potential international travel.
