Job Overview

At Texas Injection Molding, we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to support our customers and drive the development of company Master Control Plans. This role involves defining, developing, and deploying audit plans, processing parameters, and illustrations to ensure the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the New Product Launch Team to drive the success of new product launches
  • Perform first article inspections, customer approval documents, and retain samples
  • Develop and maintain Master Control Plans, including audit plans and processing parameters
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement tools and equipment
  • Drive continuous improvement programs to enhance manufacturing processes
  • Maintain a safe and organized engineering lab, adhering to company standards
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to build jigs, fixtures, and conveying lines as needed

Requirements:

  • 2-year college degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of technical engineering or quality experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in CAD software, including Solidworks, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
