Principal Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on optimizing our manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities

• Creating and issuing repair work orders in the Oracle system for inspection and repair.
    • Preparing the scope of work and costing estimation for new products and projects.
    • Supporting new product development and introduction, ensuring that all engineering requirements are met.
    • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
    • Managing special projects to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
    • Providing technical guidance to operational teams to ensure compliance with engineering documentation and quality management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a manufacturing engineer, with a strong background in manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and automation.
    • Proficient in engineering software and tools, such as CAD, CAM, and statistical analysis software.
    • Familiarity with quality management systems and Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma methodologies.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and project management abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Continuous learning mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
