Director of Strategic Partnerships

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and fan engagement for Major League Baseball. This individual will work closely with various teams, including Product, Ticketing, Technology, Finance, Marketing, and Sponsorship, to identify high-potential opportunities and align plans.
Salary Range:$180,000 - $220,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop market analyses, consumer trends) and qualitative (e.g., case studies) analyses and develop actionable recommendations for MLB Clubs to drive revenue growth and fan engagement
* Build strong relationships and collaborate with team members and executives across multiple functions at both the League and Clubs
* Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to a broad range of audiences at the League and at Clubs, including senior executives
* Manage, train, and actively develop a team of Analysts and Managers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree with strong record of academic achievement; MBA preferred
* ~7-10 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Strategy, or related field
* Exceptional data evaluation skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally, prioritize, multi-task, and manage major projects
* Experience developing and mentoring junior team members
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
