Senior Innovation Evangelist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Innovation Evangelist to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocacy and Thought Leadership: Serve as a thought leader and advocate for innovation within the organization and the broader industry, sharing insights and trends through blogs, webinars, and speaking engagements.
  • Innovation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with the company's goals, identifying emerging technologies and trends that can be leveraged to create new opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners, startups, and academic institutions, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage innovation projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to employees on innovation practices and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform innovation initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Technology), advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in innovation, technology evangelism, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful innovation projects.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to think strategically and creatively, strong project management and organizational skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Personal Attributes: Passionate about innovation and technology, self-motivated and proactive, collaborative and team-oriented, adaptable and open to change.
