Job Description

Metro Industrial Services is seeking a skilled Robotic Weld Technician to join their team in Wellington, OH. This is a temporary/contract position with a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate welding equipment to produce high-quality welded parts
  • Monitor the welding process and maintain accurate documentation to ensure product meets customer requirements
  • Verify job set-up and equipment on hand to perform job function
  • Assist with job changeovers and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Print required paperwork, set-ups, and routings as needed
  • Remove and tag scrap per company policy
  • Manage the Tracking System and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Perform quality control inspections and maintain a high level of product quality
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of machine operation experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
