Job DescriptionAt Metro Industrial Services, we are seeking a skilled Robotic Weld Technician to join our team in Wellington, OH. This is a temporary/contract position with opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate welding equipment to produce high-quality welded parts
  • Monitor the welding process and maintain accurate documentation to ensure product meets customer requirements
  • Verify job set-ups and equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Assist with job changeovers and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Print required paperwork and set-ups
  • Remove and tag scrap parts and re-shear
  • Manage the Tracking System and maintain inventory
  • Perform quality control inspections and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of machine operation experience
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
