Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our team at Wellington Executive Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a strong reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory information and documentation are provided for successful commercialization of R&D trials
  • Manage technical customer documentation requests and schedule regulatory audits, including Kosher, Halal, EU, FDA, USDA, and customer-specific audits
  • Develop and maintain regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Facilitate customer complaint resolution and perform formula reviews to ensure EU compliance
  • Maintain certifications, including Halal, Orthodox Union, and Organic, and manage applications for these certifications
  • Support QA and QC teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in regulatory affairs in the food manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively present information to colleagues, managers, and customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and analytical software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
