Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the individualized care of patients to achieve their highest level of wellness.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Participate in patient education and provide support to patients and their families.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a second-year student in an accredited nursing program.
- Good academic standing (3.0 or higher accumulative GPA).
- Knowledge of clinical terminology.
- Eligible to sit for the board of nursing exam in Montana following graduation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BLS Certification upon hire.
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment.
