Estimated Annual Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience

Job Responsibilities
  • Efficiently plan and execute vehicle repair processes to ensure high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve timely and effective repair outcomes.
  • Making informed decisions regarding repair versus replacement, considering factors such as safety, cost, and cycle time.
  • Remove upholstery, accessories, and other components to access damaged areas for repair.
  • Participate in required safety meetings and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operate power tools and hand tools to file, grind, and sand repaired surfaces.
  • Direct the work of apprentices when needed, explaining procedures and providing guidance.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in using frame machines.
  • Prior certification in body repair is preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturer-specific vehicle repair processes.
  • I-CAR welding certification is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data effectively.
