Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop legal solutions and policies for AI technology development
  • Support product development teams in achieving business objectives while managing legal risk
  • Draft and negotiate technology licensing agreements, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts on privacy, antitrust, and intellectual property issues
  • Deliver training and materials to internal groups on software licensing agreements and development
Requirements
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and necessary bar membership
  • 6+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in software and online services industry
  • Technical background or strong understanding of software/technology licensing agreements
  • Proficiency in negotiating and drafting various agreements, including technology licenses and development agreements
  • Experience in privacy and data security issues and compliance
Compensation

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $136,500 - $261,000 annually, based on location and experience.
