Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Opportunity

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team full-time in Detroit, MI. This role is ideal for an SLP dedicated to making a difference in patients' lives by improving their communication and swallowing abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' speech, language, voice, and swallowing challenges through thorough assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals and milestones.
  • Provide direct, one-on-one therapy sessions and track patient progress over time.
  • Offer education and guidance to patients and their families to support therapy at home.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for each session.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current SLP license in Michigan.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Prior experience working with both pediatric and adult clients is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
