  • Cut meat according to product specifications and time standards to optimize profit and guest satisfaction.
  • Implement and follow the buffet production system to maintain quality and shelf life compliance.
  • Rotate and stock cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness and meet food safety guidelines.
  • Sanitize all surfaces between production of chicken and other meats to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Clean and sanitize the meat room according to cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and notify management of any discrepancies.
  • Perform opening and closing administrative procedures, including equipment maintenance and duty roster tasks.
