Product Development Engineer

Join HonorVet Technologies as a Product Engineer and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for emissions and fuel economy testing. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with engineers, technicians, and mechanics to troubleshoot and resolve test equipment issues for our state-of-the-art Emissions Chassis Dynamometer test cells and other emissions testing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve test equipment issues
- Perform Quality Control and Calibration activities to ensure regulatory and internal department requirements are met
- Support new test cell equipment integration and projects to improve test cell efficiencies and throughput
- Analyze test results and validate tests to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal criteria
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive testing, preferably with Vehicle or Engine Emissions testing equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
- Ability to understand, interpret, and analyze data with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple jobs and projects simultaneously
- Master degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience working in a testing lab with vehicle or engine emissions testing equipment
- Familiarity with ETAS/INCA and experience using HORIBA analyzer bench software
- Experience with PEMS and RDE certification, LDV knowledge, data post processing, and analysis
