At Genesis HealthCare, we're committed to delivering high-quality healthcare and compassion to our patients and residents. As a Clinical Reimbursement Manager, you'll play a vital role in maximizing revenue through the evaluation and optimization of the Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement process.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement reimbursement priorities in nursing centers to ensure proper utilization of services and maximize revenues.
- Advise and assist Clinical Reimbursement/MDS Coordinators to ensure compliance with HCFA and State reimbursement regulations and Genesis Policies and Procedures.
- Present changes in reimbursement regulations to nursing center operations through training classes.
- Participate in nursing centers' Medicare meetings to review coverage and documentation issues and requirements.
- Assist in the selection and orientation of new nursing center Clinical Reimbursement Coordinators.
