Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough health assessments and make differential diagnoses
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Current RN license and NP certification
- State prescriptive authority and DEA license
- Current national certification (ANCC or AANP)
- Master's degree in Science of Nursing
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Provider or ACLS)
- At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations
- Strong computer skills and experience with Electronic Medical Records
