Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Technician to join our team at Houston Methodist. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities equipment and systems
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Four years of general maintenance experience preferred
  • Healthcare environment experience a plus
