Customer Service Associate

At GEICO, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to policyholders via phone, email, and chat
- Answer questions and resolve issues related to billing, policies, and claims
- Make policy changes and updates as needed
- Provide recommendations to policyholders to help them make informed decisions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly
