We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Expert with a focus on network security to join our team at The Chickasaw Nation. As a key member of our IT Security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per yearJob Description

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned cybersecurity professional who is passionate about staying ahead of emerging threats and technologies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security controls to protect our networks, systems, and data from cyber threats. Your expertise will also be applied to incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong background in network security and architecture.
  • Knowledge of security best practices, including risk assessment and mitigation, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and other security technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Working Conditions

This position requires:

  • Ability to sit for up to 50% of shift.
  • Hand-eye coordination, reach, and grasp.
