About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Formulation Expert to join our team in Ada, MI. As a key member of our Nutrition Business Sustaining & Value Engineering team, you will play a critical role in delivering formulation support for our existing nutrition portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Support all internally produced products offering technical support from farm level through lifecycle of finished good production. Focus on supply continuity, offering vision and solutions for issues that interrupt product supply, including quality issues, regulatory changes, or manufacturing issues. Identify and qualify new raw material sources and types. Provide support for formulation adjustments and modifications driven by regulatory or manufacturing limitations. Focus on cost savings projects that offer value and margin enhancements along with considerations for portfolio consolidations.

Requirements:
BS degree (MS desired) in chemical engineering, food or pharma science or closely related discipline. Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience in nutrition, food, or pharma industry producing product formulation. Strong skills in developing solutions for technical formulation challenges, collaborating with internal partners and external vendors, and working with lab equipment and manufacturing equipment.
