Responsibilities
  • Oversee technical progress and prepare deliverables for transportation planning and design projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and develop partnerships for new business opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day staffing and project scheduling.
  • Lead complex transportation planning studies and assist with proposal development.
  • Develop and oversee transportation plans, analyses, and reports.
  • Serve as a project manager for a range of projects, from basic to complex.
  • Ensure quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) across project documents.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior planners and engineers.
  • Lead public and client meetings for complex projects.
  • Prepare invoices and manage project financials.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in transportation planning and engineering.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License, with multi-state reciprocity preferred.
