Salary

The estimated salary range for this role is $68,600 - $72,000 per year, depending on skill, experience, education, and location.

Job Description

This leadership role is part of our operations team for Vacasa, helping to shape the organization to achieve success with our diverse and geographically dispersed field staff. You will be responsible for identifying and developing strong leaders who can manage KPIs and drive efficiency while maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations in assigned locations, managing a portfolio of properties
  • Develop relationships with property owners, becoming a subject matter expert on their properties to ensure they are clean, maintained, and well-cared for
  • Meet and maintain Vacasa standards and metrics, such as NPS, unit appearance, and efficiency
  • Manage budgets for your portfolio, adhering to set annual costs and performing cost-benefit analysis
  • Lead an efficient and high-quality team, training and supporting them to adhere to Vacasa policies and procedures
  • Respond to escalated guest and homeowner concerns via email, phone calls, and tickets
  • Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals
  • Occasionally perform housekeeping and maintenance duties
  • Travel between worksites frequently, requiring reliable transportation
  • Partner with Business Development Representatives for new units joining the portfolio
  • Maintain open relationships with regional team members and upper management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical computer skills across various hardware platforms (laptops, tablets, mobile devices)
  • Availability to work Sundays through Saturdays, including early mornings and evenings as needed
  • Proficiency in professional communication channels (email, phone calls, video calls, texts)
  • Ability to work under pressure in an agile environment
  • Excellent time management and adaptability
  • High responsiveness and reliability
  • Attention to detail
  • Prior housekeeping experience is advantageous
