Blue Compass RV is seeking a highly skilled RV Repair Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance work on RV units, ensuring they meet the highest factory and dealership standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, automotive, carpentry, HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing issues
  • Document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services
  • Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisors
  • Plan workdays with service advisors/service managers for maximum efficiency
  • Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with company standards
Requirements:
  • Knowledge in trade field (Automotive, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.)
  • Certification from college or technical school in trade field or equivalent work experience
  • RVTI certification preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 1 year maintenance or mechanical experience preferred
