We are seeking a skilled RV Technician to join our team at Blue Compass RV Spartanburg. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance work on RV units to ensure they are in excellent condition for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, automotive, carpentry, HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing issues on RV units.
  • Document all work performed, including diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Provide accurate labor time estimates to service advisors and plan workdays for maximum efficiency.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of trade fields, including automotive, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance.
  • Certification from a college or technical school in a trade field or equivalent work experience.
  • RVTI certification preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of 1 year maintenance or mechanical experience preferred.
  • Genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service and a positive team-player attitude.
