About the Role: Our Client Services Specialist will work closely with clients to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment. This includes conducting emergency shelter intakes, assessing immediate safety needs, and developing risk management plans.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of trauma-informed care and be able to integrate a client-centered approach into their work. They will also be responsible for conducting regular health and safety facility checks and sorting and organizing donations of food, clothing, or items/projects as assigned.

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week, with a salary range of $22.81-$23.94 per hour. Benefits include vacation time, paid sick time, holidays, medical, dental, vision, 403(b) retirement plan, company life insurance, and more.
