Requirements:
  • Facilitation of sales for recycled vehicle parts
  • Ability to multitask, working with customers and answering phone calls
  • Demonstrates automotive knowledge and ability to assist customers with advanced vehicle information
  • Comfortability to identify and price parts per company guidelines
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Demonstrates collaboration skills, ability to manage feedback and/or flexibility, displays social skills, and values a positive work ethic
  • Interest in learning and upholding the company's reputation/values/ideals
Competencies:
  • Computer experience is mandatory (preferably working with Hollander System)
  • Sales experience and parts knowledge is helpful
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Works well independently and with others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and stand
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
