Job Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 164-unit apartment community, Columbia Village Apartments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.

The Property Manager will be responsible for:

  • Marketing and maintaining property integrity
  • Screening prospective residents and collecting rents
  • Serving notices and developing reports
  • Preparing agreements and performing bookkeeping tasks

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$28, a monthly $50 cell phone stipend, bonus eligibility, and mileage reimbursement for business-related travel. Additionally, our Property Manager will be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) program with an employer match.

Requirements:

  • Two years of previous customer service experience
  • Two years of previous property management experience
  • Previous experience with Entrata Property Management Software
  • Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
  • Available for after-hours emergencies
  • Understanding of landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
