As a Pharmacy Practice Leader with Sam's Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and driving sales growth. Your strong background in pharmacy practice and excellent communication skills will enable you to motivate and develop your team.

Sales Growth:

  • Drive sales growth by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and inventory management
  • Budgeting and forecasting sales to meet business objectives

Patient Care:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care through prescription processing, immunization administration, and health education
  • Maintain confidential information and controlled medications
  • Develop and implement community outreach programs to promote member engagement

Leadership and Development:

  • Select, train, mentor, and assign duties to Associates
  • Provide performance feedback, recognition, and diversity awareness training
  • Ensure confidentiality and adhere to Company policies and regulations

Compensation and Benefits:

The annual salary range for this position is $125,000-$225,000, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional benefits include Health, Vision, and Dental coverage, 401(k), Stock Purchase, and Company-paid Life Insurance.
