Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 - $29.50 per hour, with a generous sign-on bonus of $10,000. Job Description
As a Senior Nursing Assistant (NA), you will serve as an experienced caregiver to our residents during scheduled work periods in long-term care facilities. You will provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Your expertise will be utilized to deliver age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of our residents, as outlined in their care plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred but not required">
- Minimum age of 16; two years' clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred">
- Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing">
- Satisfactory completion of yearly department-specific competency testing and maintenance of a record of continuing education credits for each year">
- A minimum of 12 hours of continuing education are required annually">
