Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in our long-term care facility. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician to assess residents, administer medications, and document care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse">
  • Current unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm demeanor in emergency situations">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare teams">
