Job Overview

At PARS Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Center, TX.

The ideal candidate will have experience in restoring mobility and enhancing the functional capabilities of patients, focusing on maximizing their quality of life and movement potential through evidence-based interventions.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing goal-oriented interventions to promote recovery and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals and priorities.
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services, including exercises, activities, and adaptations, to enhance patients' functional capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Active license in the state of Texas required.
  • OT Liability insurance in the state of Texas required.
  • Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
  • Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
