Position Overview:- Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM
This position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students facing behavioral challenges. You will work closely with students to implement individualized behavior plans, monitor progress, and support their emotional and academic growth. Key Responsibilities:- Implement Behavior Plans: Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and provide direct support to students.
- Monitor and Record Data: Collect and analyze data on student behavior to assess progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with Educational Staff: Work closely with teachers, counselors, and other school personnel to create a positive and effective learning environment.
- Provide Direct Support: Assist students in developing essential skills, such as communication, social interactions, and adaptive behaviors.
- Promote Positive Behavior: Encourage and reinforce positive behaviors and provide guidance to help students achieve their behavioral and academic goals.
- Screening Call: Start with a 10-15 minute conversation with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter to discuss your qualifications and interest in the role.
- Resume Review: Your application will be reviewed by our team.
- Offer: Typically extended within 24 hours following the resume review.
