Responsibilities and Expectations- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on physician orders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including long-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
- Evaluate patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and ensure adherence to precautions.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Hold a current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state, as applicable.
- Competitive hourly rate: $43.00 - $48.00 USD/hour
