Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Runner to join our team at Bourbon Steak Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities

  • Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are delivered to the correct table and in the correct condition.
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high-volume atmosphere.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong food knowledge and ability to learn and retain information quickly.
  • Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time.
  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
