Job Summary:

Liberty Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral support needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to promote their independence and well-being
  • Monitor client activities, behaviors, health, and safety
  • Provide interventions as necessary to support client needs
  • Engage in pro-social activities with clients to promote social skills and relationships
  • Support clients with daily living activities
  • Help clients build skills to foster independence and good health

Benefits:

  • $18.54 per hour (approximately $38,500 annually)
  • Additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus ($250 with first paycheck + $750 after 6 months of employment)

Shift Options:

  • 6:15 am to 3:00 pm
  • 2:15 pm to 11:00 pm

Requirements:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Genuine interest in serving and supporting people with disabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
