Behavioral Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Liberty Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral support needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to promote their independence and well-being
- Monitor client activities, behaviors, health, and safety
- Provide interventions as necessary to support client needs
- Engage in pro-social activities with clients to promote social skills and relationships
- Support clients with daily living activities
- Help clients build skills to foster independence and good health
Benefits:
- $18.54 per hour (approximately $38,500 annually)
- Additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am
- $1,000 sign-on bonus ($250 with first paycheck + $750 after 6 months of employment)

Shift Options:
- 6:15 am to 3:00 pm

- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
