Compensation Package
A competitive salary of $1000 per month is offered for this role, with additional benefits including up to 8% company retirement contribution, generous paid time off, 10 paid holidays, paid professional development, and a comprehensive health and welfare benefit package.

Job Description
This Clinical Support Specialist will provide direct clinical support to one or more clinicians, demonstrating a high level of competence and providing back-up coverage for support staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience acquired through three years in a clinical setting, with at least one year as a Medical Assistant, and possess strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
The selected individual will be able to communicate professionally and appropriately, relate to all levels of staff and patients, and prioritize work effectively in a busy environment.
They will also be able to use word processing and spreadsheet programs, and have electronic medical record (EMR) experience and/or aptitude to master the EMR based on other technology experience.
A high school diploma or equivalency certificate, along with a Medical Assistant Certification, is required for this role. An associate degree in medical assisting or graduation from a medical assistant certification program is preferred, as is American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
