Job Description

This position's primary focus is working to support a variety of Level 1 and Level 2 software and hardware issues, primarily over the phone/via remote tools but some in-person support as well. This work can involve Active Directory adds/changes/deletes, supporting a variety of commercial and proprietary software applications, password resets, hardware/peripheral troubleshooting & repair, etc. This team is also involved with imaging and deploying new machines, as well as re-imaging and re-deploying existing machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for software and hardware issues via phone, remote tools, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist with Active Directory management, including adds, changes, and deletes.
  • Support a range of commercial and proprietary software applications.
  • Perform password resets and hardware/peripheral troubleshooting and repair.
  • Contribute to imaging and deploying new machines, as well as re-imaging and re-deploying existing machines.

Required Skills:

  • Hardware/software/network troubleshooting experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with Active Directory, imaging/deployment machines, Android/Apple devices is beneficial but not required.
