Job Title: Sr. Creative Account Manager

At Matthews International, we're seeking a seasoned Sr. Creative Account Manager to lead our client relationships and drive business growth.

Job Summary

The Sr. Creative Account Manager will establish trusted advisor relationships with clients and internal teams, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and ensuring efficient project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support profitability efforts by managing project activities and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their market and business sectors.
  • Provide insights and perspectives to support client initiatives and align company services with client needs.
  • Develop innovative proposals to capture account growth and new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate client-specific projects, including estimate creation, resource assignment, and project monitoring.
  • Ensure meeting of volume and revenue targets for each account.
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Collaborate with company leaders to develop solutions that align our services with client needs.
  • Analyze performance metrics to establish tactical and strategic priorities.
  • Maximize client retention by delivering custom-tailored solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and adapt processes, policies, and workflows.
  • Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and drive incremental sales.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred.
  • 6+ years of account management experience in a Creative Design Agency, Market Research firm, or similar consulting environment.
