Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Collect and analyze patient data, including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare consumer and multidisciplinary team.
- Provide education and discharge planning to patients and families.
- Document all phases of the nursing process in the patient's record.
- Graduate of an RN nursing program.
- Active RN licensure in the state of North Dakota or nurse licensure compact.
- Basic life support certification.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and knowledge of current nursing practice, critical thinking skills, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
