We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Howard-Sloan Search, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic clinic and hospital setting, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide primary care to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform first assist C-sections and other medical procedures as required.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) such as Allscripts and Meditech to document patient information and communicate with the healthcare team.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, including nurses and float staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice.
- Experience in family medicine or primary care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
