Attractive Neonatologist Opportunity in Metro Atlanta Suburb

We are seeking a skilled Neonatologist to join our team at WellStar Spalding Regional Medical Center in Griffin, Georgia. As a Neonatologist with our practice, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to premature infants and their families in our 18-bed MBU nursery and 4-6 bed Level-II NICU.

Responsibilities
  • Provide coverage for our NICU and MBU units, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our skilled NICU nursing staff to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in rounds and call from home at night, with a flexible scheduling arrangement that allows for a great work-life balance.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based care protocols to improve patient outcomes and reduce complications.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, with opportunities for leadership and professional advancement.
Qualifications
  • Board eligible/Board certified in Neonatology.
