Responsibilities- Provide coverage for our 18-bed MBU nursery and our growing 4-6 bed Level-II NICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for premature infants
- Collaborate with a skilled NICU nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Board eligible/Board certified in Neonatology
