Accident Damage Assessor

We are seeking a skilled Accident Damage Assessor to join our team at El Dorado Collision.

This role requires at least 1 year of experience in estimating body shop damage and negotiating with insurance adjusters.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, responsible, and able to provide excellent customer service at all times.

The key responsibilities include writing accurate estimates, communicating effectively with customers and insurance companies, and maintaining technical knowledge to ensure high-quality repairs.

Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
