Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Specialist to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. As a key member of our primary care office support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a minimum of 60-75 incoming calls daily from patients, providers, and other offices.
  • Schedule office visits, annual wellness visits, and other appointments for internal medicine and family practice primary care offices.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to patients and providers regarding their appointments, billing, and other office-related matters.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
